
Account Manager – Property Management Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct service demonstrations customized for property managers' workflows.
• Guide prospects through actual inspection reports during demonstrations and discovery sessions.
• Assess inbound prospects and direct strategic deals to the CEO.
• Facilitate kickoff calls for new customers and assist them during their initial inspection cycle.
• Hold regular check-ins with current clients to evaluate report quality, gather feedback, and discuss potential expansions.
• Attend US property management conferences (such as NARPM and others) two to four times annually.
• Collaborate with the operations team on scheduling, technician feedback, and report quality assurance.
• Compose clear follow-up notes after each customer call.
• Transform recurring customer inquiries into guides and straightforward documentation.
• Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing B2B position (such as customer success, onboarding, implementation, account management, support, or sales).
• Experience working with business clients based in the US.
• Ability to explain and support services or operations that are workflow-intensive.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with a US-neutral accent.
• Confidence in leading live video calls and product demonstrations.
• A tech-savvy, process-oriented approach.
• Strong skills in note-taking, organization, and follow-through.
• A warm, conversational demeanor.
• Openness to coaching and a curiosity about the industries served.
• Direct experience with US property management companies (either in-house, vendor-side, or BPO) is a plus.
• Background in related fields: real estate services, field services, vacation rental management, insurance, or home services is a plus.
• Familiarity with property management software (such as AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, or similar) is a plus.
• Exposure to NARPM (as a member, attendee, or professional connection) is a plus.
• Experience in creating onboarding documentation, FAQs, or short training videos is a plus.
• Previous sales experience (in discovery, demos, pricing discussions) is a plus.
• Fully remote contractor position.
• Open to applicants from Mexico and Latin America.
