This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will manage our customer projects from start to finish, utilizing tools like Asana to keep everything organized.
• You will take responsibility for our customer relationships and strategically advance projects.
• You will accompany our clients from the initial kick-off to reporting, serving as their primary contact throughout the project.
• You will develop effective lead generation strategies and drive implementation forward with your team.
• You will present your strategies persuasively, winning our clients over with your ideas and concepts.
• You will monitor KPIs, timelines, and outcomes at all times, ensuring that projects progress measurably.
• You will connect internal teams and freelancers, ensuring that everyone collaborates efficiently and on equal footing.
• You will evolve into an expert in B2B marketing, working with your team to create increasingly effective strategies for our clients.
• Experience in customer support (at least 2 years)
• Experience in project management (at least 2 years)
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
• Openness, sociability, and strong communication skills with clients and within the team
• Reliable and organized approach to planning and managing projects
• Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and willingness to develop further
• Ability to think critically about target audience insights and complex IT products
• Performance orientation and commitment to your area of responsibility
• Proficiency in German at C2 or native level, and business-level English
• Collaboration available as an employment contract or on a freelance basis
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Minimum of 30 hours per week up to full-time
• Attractive annual salary ranging from €50,000 to €65,000 (depending on experience, based on full-time 40 hours)
• 100% remote work
• Partnership-based collaboration: support is available from a Marketing Manager responsible for the channel level of customer projects
