This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
⢠Collaborate with the GS1 Member Organisation community and the industry to gain insights into trends and advancements in the application of GS1 identifiers and data carriers in Retail.
⢠Organize monthly GS1 Member Organisation meetings, newsletters, and other communication initiatives across the GS1 Federation.
⢠Partner with various GS1 cross-functional teams (e.g., Training, Marketing, etc.) to influence and facilitate the delivery of resources.
⢠In accordance with the GS1 Project Management Methodology, outline and oversee pertinent annual programme planning activities.
⢠Track progress in relation to established programme objectives.
⢠Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, offering updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.
⢠Foster strong relationships within the GS1 Global Office and the GS1 MOs to establish yourself as a trusted resource for 2D migration initiatives.
⢠A bachelorās or masterās degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
⢠A minimum of 4 years of experience in an operational role within a global organization.
⢠A proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement/account management, along with a solid understanding of relevant methodologies, planning cycles, and reporting.
⢠Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
⢠Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
⢠Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
⢠An effective relationship builderācapable of engaging one-on-one or in groups, both internally and externally, with organizations of varying sizes.
⢠Ability to cultivate strong and trusted relationships with a globally dispersed team in a multi-cultural setting.
⢠Demonstrates passion, energy, and motivation in their work.
⢠Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.
⢠Excellent time management skills and the flexibility to accommodate commitments across various time zones.
⢠Customer-focused and results-driven.
⢠This position may involve up to 5% global travel.
