This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Acting as a reference point for client training sessions such as health days and Cast-FOBs, as well as conducting training related to practice management for A clients.

β€’ Providing training for homecare and trade clients in coordination with the line manager.

β€’ Offering support on topics related to consultation supplies.

β€’ Assisting with operational client matters in collaboration with the line manager.

β€’ Collaborating and providing support to the Healthcare Market Managers.

β€’ Diligently completing administrative tasks within the specified timeframe, including expenses, CRM, and Power BI.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Successfully completed training in the healthcare sector with further education as a practice manager.

β€’ Strong ability to communicate and present convincingly and authentically at all hierarchical levels and among diverse target groups.

β€’ High degree of assertiveness, self-organization, self-motivation, and good conceptual skills.

β€’ Several years of professional experience in sales is desirable.

β€’ Enthusiasm and teamwork orientation, along with a high level of flexibility and willingness to travel.

β€’ Proficiency in MS Office programs as well as CRM and Power BI.

β€’ Fluent in German and desirable English language skills at B2 level.
