• Cultivate relationships with practice managers and significant stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional service swiftly, with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.
• Keep precise and detailed account notes and documentation to ensure full visibility across teams.
• Engage in team initiatives to enhance retention, refine operational workflows, and improve engagement strategies.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, or Customer Success.
• Familiarity with the SaaS/healthcare sector; experience in the dental industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume portfolio effectively.
• Proficiency in utilizing Case Queues or CRM dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and a sense of accountability.
