This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Lead all sales initiatives for designated major accounts, ensuring the company achieves or surpasses its sales objectives.
• Formulate strategic sales plans that align with company goals while addressing client requirements through innovative solutions.
• Establish and sustain robust, long-term customer relationships, guaranteeing a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Examine market trends and client feedback to uncover new opportunities for growth and account development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, marketing, and product management, to ensure seamless project execution and long-term client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support junior account managers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of success.
• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and strategic proposals to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of account management or sales experience in the plastics distribution or similar industry.
• Proven experience in selling directly to large PP converters.
• Demonstrable ability to create and execute sales strategies that effectively meet or exceed targets.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation capabilities.
• Experience in negotiating sales contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building at all levels.
• Proficient in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and participate in industry events.
