This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Serve as the primary daily liaison for assigned partners, ensuring communication is clear, proactive, and focused on the partner's needs.
• Conduct regular partner check-ins for managed accounts, equipped with comprehensive agendas, alignment notes, and consistent follow-through.
• Convert partner requirements into actionable internal directives while maintaining detailed records of scope, deliverables, and progress.
• Oversee campaigns from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project scope.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to monitor performance, generate reports, and highlight insights that lead to informed decision-making.
• Ensure alignment among creative, media, and analytics teams to facilitate smooth and predictable execution.
• Track advancement towards partner objectives, including budget management, inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
• Identify early retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities, and assist in developing proposals in conjunction with the Account Director.
• Engage in onboarding and support for new business initiatives as necessary to ensure successful partnerships begin on the right foot.
• Contribute to the financial health of accounts by ensuring reporting accuracy and following up on invoicing as needed.
• Over 3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably within a marketing or agency context.
• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
• Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, proactive, and focused on solutions.
• Capability to translate partner requirements into actionable internal guidance.
• Proficient in using Asana or other similar project management platforms.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reviewing performance reports and campaign metrics.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
