This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance sales within the assigned territory by influencing the prescribing behaviors of the targeted audience through engagement with healthcare providers and health-related organizations.
• Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with non-prescribing healthcare professionals who impact decision-making in accounts, including C-suite executives, pharmacy staff, injecting nurses, Medical Assistants, office managers, and other personnel.
• Promote products across various care settings in the territory, which encompasses clinics and health systems, including but not limited to Specialty Pharmacies, inpatient pharmacies, infusion centers, and specialty clinics.
• Execute effective and compliant demonstrations on mixing and administration for appropriate customers.
• Exhibit advanced business acumen.
• Show comprehensive on-label knowledge of products by effectively conveying relevant clinical, technical, therapeutic, disease state, and product information to customers.
• Prepare routine reports, ensuring compliance with industry, regulatory, and company standards, while also developing annual business plans and conducting quarterly assessments of territory performance against goals.
• Represent the Company at internal meetings, external trade shows, community events, and other relevant occasions as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or a related discipline.
• A consistent and proven history of surpassing sales targets.
• At least 5 years of successful experience in independent pharmaceutical and/or business-to-business sales, with a preference for expertise in Pediatric Endocrinology, Rare Disease, and/or Buy and Bill sales.
• Must reside within the territory and be willing to cover the entire designated geographical sales area.
• Preference for candidates with pharmacy sales experience, including Specialty Pharmacy and Health System Based Pharmacies.
• Clinical experience is advantageous.
