This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development and sales within the designated territory
• Oversight of clinics and hospitals in your assigned area
• Drive revenue growth, increase margins, and enhance market penetration
• Independently oversee the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, consultation, product trials, negotiations, and closing
• Employ a strategic approach to the market
• Analyze market trends, processes, and decision-making frameworks
• Identify opportunities and formulate business plans
• Hold commercial responsibility for your territory
• Engage in communication and negotiations with purchasing, nursing, and medical personnel
• Foster long-lasting, resilient relationships with customers
• Create and present compelling solution proposals
• Initiate and execute projects such as standardization, process optimization, and product innovations
• Serve as a liaison between customers, management, and internal teams
• Ensure sustainable customer retention by delivering genuine added value
• Maintain a clear sales pipeline using the CRM system
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts
• Organize and manage your sales activities in a structured manner
• Degree in business administration/economics or significant sales experience
• Established track record in a challenging sales environment
• Capable of strategic thinking and execution
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven
• Strong presence and excellent communication skills
• Preferably experience in a hospital or medical device sector
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Skilled in MS Office applications
