This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the overall strategies for a designated portfolio of preferred partners, which includes contract negotiations, strategic account action plans, revenue optimization and forecasting, budget execution for marketing and event investments, and promoting ongoing training opportunities.
• Negotiate annual contracts for both new and existing preferred partners associated with Internova Travel Group.
• Create leisure resources, incentives, and support tools aimed at maximizing revenue for suppliers and Advisors.
• Formulate strategic plans that align with achieving the budgeted sales and revenue forecasts for each partner, making adjustments as necessary based on market conditions.
• Present and advocate for the adoption of new marketing and technology tools, as well as contract enhancements, focusing on better financial terms and increased funding for marketing and sponsorship.
• Collaborate with relevant internal departments to ensure the complete implementation and execution of each partner’s strategic plan.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with each assigned account.
• Act as the point of contact for Internova Travel Group and Travel Leaders Network regarding account communications and secondary problem resolution when appropriate.
• Partner with the internal relations team to analyze revenue and booking trends, making recommendations to adjust goals or strategic account plans based on market conditions.
• Prepare and deliver monthly internal presentations to align business unit teams on key strategies and performance updates for your assigned accounts.
• Stay updated on new partnerships, tools, and supplier insights/trends.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred; relevant work experience is also acceptable.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing within the travel industry, with a focus on account management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing partnerships with suppliers to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Familiarity with corporate operations, including budgets, marketing plans, cost of sale analysis, sales team management, contracts, incentive plans, and strategic analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
