This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your business portfolio — achieve targets for expansion, renewal, and retention.
• Recognize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and drive them to closure.
• Establish and uphold a robust expansion pipeline (3–4x coverage) in relation to quota.
• Proactively oversee renewal cycles, detect at-risk accounts early, and implement recovery strategies to sustain strong Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) performance.
• Keep precise records of pipeline and forecasts in the CRM; communicate anticipated outcomes and potential risks clearly.
• Lead commercial discussions with clients regarding pricing, renewals, and contract modifications.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Support, and Services to achieve customer outcomes and facilitate issue resolution.
• Play a role in developing the Account Management function — enhance playbooks, processes, and best practices, and provide constructive feedback on effective and ineffective strategies.
• 4–8+ years of experience in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
• A proven history of independently identifying and finalizing expansion opportunities.
• Experience in managing revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience in working cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce); collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams); and productivity applications (MS Office Suite, G-Suite).
