This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +4 more states.
β’ Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your designated portfolio β achieve targets related to expansion, renewal, and retention.
β’ Recognize up-sell and cross-sell possibilities and actively pursue them to closure.
β’ Develop and sustain a robust expansion pipeline (3β4x coverage) in alignment with quota.
β’ Proactively oversee renewal cycles, promptly identify at-risk accounts, and implement recovery strategies to uphold strong Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) performance.
β’ Ensure precise pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM; clearly articulate expected results and potential risks.
β’ Lead commercial discussions with clients β including pricing, renewals, and modifications to contracts.
β’ Collaborate across functions with Product, Support, and Services to achieve customer goals and facilitate issue resolution.
β’ Assist in developing the Account Management function β refine playbooks, processes, and best practices, while providing insights on effective and ineffective strategies.
β’ 4β8+ years of experience in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
β’ Proven history of independently recognizing and finalizing expansion opportunities.
β’ Experience managing revenue objectives (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
β’ Strong commercial insight and negotiation capabilities.
β’ Ability to efficiently manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
β’ Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve customer results.
β’ Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
β’ Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce); collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams); and productivity applications (MS Office Suite, G-Suite).
