This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with current clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, provide updates on products, and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise.
• Identify and seek new business opportunities within the formwork sector through strategic client acquisition and enhancing existing client relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives and grow market share.
• Remain informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our formwork and shoring products to effectively educate and sell to clients.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Create tailored proposals and quotes based on client specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and resolve issues.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Required experience in concrete construction.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the construction or formwork sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
