This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients, comprehending their requirements and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, provide product updates, and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Identify and seek new business opportunities in the formwork sector through strategic client acquisition and enhancing existing client relationships.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives and increase market share.
• Remain informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
• Exhibit extensive knowledge of our formwork and shoring products to effectively educate and sell to clients.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Create tailored proposals and quotes based on client specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience in concrete construction is required.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the construction or formwork sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
