Account Manager – Northeast, Mid-Atlantic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and escalate clinical concerns through internal channels as necessary.

• Develop and sustain trusting, collaborative relationships with customer stakeholders.

• Address facility workflow challenges related to ambulatory infusion pumps.

• Proactively identify customer accounts that could benefit from enhanced workflow solutions.

• Facilitate Express (paperwork) and clinical in-services for both new and existing accounts.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by overseeing the deployed pump fleet at each facility.

• Research and address customer inquiries concerning InfuSystem products and services.

• Generate and submit reports as requested by InfuSystem management.

• Collaborate daily with cross-functional team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

• Background in medical devices, durable medical equipment (DME), or relevant healthcare experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

• Strong communication skills via telephone and email.

• Professional demeanor, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence.

• Valid driver's license is required.

• Reliable automobile and insurance coverage.
