• Assume responsibility for a designated geographic territory and account set.
• Drive growth and expansion in the territory by enhancing account penetration, identifying new customers and opportunities, and ensuring a consistent pipeline build-up to support long-term growth.
• Oversee a portfolio of long-tail accounts while maintaining steady pipeline activity to achieve revenue objectives.
• Engage with customers (engineers, sourcing, program teams) to comprehend fundamental requirements and present SiTime solutions.
• Establish quick rapport and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Ensure continuous progression of deals towards design-in and potential victories.
• Collaborate closely with distribution partners to stimulate demand generation, facilitate customer engagement, and monitor opportunities and design-ins.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in a role fostering technical self-sufficiency.
• Over 5 years of sales or field experience.
• Experience in mass market or territory development is preferred.
• Profound understanding of distribution channels and strategies for effective engagement.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Sixth Sense, Marketo, and others.
