Account Manager – Nordics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture customer relationships: Build strong connections with medium and small customers via phone and email, act as the main contact for new webshop buyers and inquiries, and strategically evaluate potential customers to focus on developing enduring relationships.

• Proactive customer support: Actively manage existing relationships, ensure high levels of satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns, and help maintain a consistent order flow, enhancing ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the international team: Work closely with the international team to meet regional and personal objectives, emphasizing teamwork, effective communication, and coordination.

• Maintain customer focus: Always prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities, striving to position the brand (1NCE) as the foremost provider of IoT connectivity.

• Sales forecasting and database management: Create accurate plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database updated with relevant information.

• Trade shows: Occasionally attend regional or pan-European events, trade shows, and customer visits.


⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, fluent in English and either Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish are crucial for this role.

• Experience and Background: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a related role is required, ideally with a background in technical sales.

• Inside Sales: Prior experience in Inside Sales with a focus on SMB is a significant advantage.

• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the telecommunications sector, particularly IoT solutions/connectivity, and various IoT verticals is highly beneficial.

• Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce is considered a plus.

• Collaboration with External Partners: You bring a structured and committed approach to working with external partners.

• Team Player: You are an open-minded and committed team player.

• Practical Mentality and Positive Attitude: A practical mindset, positive attitude, and a curiosity for knowledge are among your strengths.

• Independent Work: You are capable of working independently and goal-oriented, even in a remote setting.
