This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Personal and professional handling of all current customer issues for the industrial packaging sales area.
• Identification of potential stakeholders and establishment of new business relationships within the defined territory.
• Calculation, creation, and follow-up of customer-specific offers, potentially in collaboration with Sales Management.
• Technical advisory discussions and presentation of products as well as services to the customer.
• Responsible coordination of the processing and response to customer complaints.
• Support in customer-specific administration.
• Participation in the planning of sales figures for the assigned postal code area.
• Collaboration with the internal sales team, field sales colleagues, other departments, and sales management.
• Creation of statistics and evaluations for Sales Management.
• Involvement in sales-promoting activities, such as trade fairs and sales meetings.
• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, a commercial degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, experience in sales within an industrial environment.
• Technical understanding of complex product solutions.
• Resilience, strong communication skills, reliability, and self-motivation.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP / CRM / BW would be advantageous.
