Account Manager, Native or Fluent German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You independently and thoroughly prepare for client onboarding.

• You adeptly guide clients into and throughout the program while proactively offering pertinent resources.

• You regularly assess customer satisfaction (e.g., through surveys, check-ins, or updates from the strategy manager) and communicate relevant customer feedback and insights to the team.

• You foster and sustain a positive relationship with clients.

• You work closely with strategy managers and team members to ensure an optimal customer experience.

• You actively facilitate coordination between the Customer Success and Support teams.

• Experience in Customer Success and managing client relationships.

• A sense of self-responsibility, reliability, and a structured approach to work.

• Proficient use of communication tools for remote collaboration (Slack, Google Meet, Asana, etc.).

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Proactive in contributing to process and product enhancements.

• Resilience and adaptability to navigate challenging situations with confidence.

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum of C1 level is required.
