This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Create lists of potential customers to serve as sales leads
• Travel within the designated territory to engage with both existing and prospective clients
• Develop and apply comprehensive knowledge of products based on usage, vendor, and location
• Cultivate relationships with key vendors in the assigned electrical sectors
• Promote and showcase essential vendor products during sales visits
• Process customer orders in accordance with all established company policies, procedures, and systems
• Provide verbal and written quotes or price estimates
• Estimate delivery timelines for customers based on production and shipping schedules
• Investigate and resolve customer issues related to deliveries
• Assist in the collection of outstanding accounts
• Foster relationships with both new and existing customers
• Collaborate with customers to address problems and concerns as needed
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Capability to analyze and effectively present data
• Professional attitude complemented by strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving skills along with a customer service focus
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to secure a valid Motor Vehicle Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record
