• Take charge of the success of our diverse business clientele;
• Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure we enhance their business value;
• Discover and leverage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within a specific customer portfolio;
• Guarantee a smooth experience for customers during product adoption and implementation;
• Handle customer agreements and renewals;
• Oversee your opportunity pipeline and manage accounts that are at risk;
• Participate in Strategic Account Management initiatives;
• Proactively pinpoint areas for team process improvements and engage in projects to enhance it;
• Travel for business and visit clients as needed.
• Several years of experience in leading customer engagements with a proven history of achieving positive outcomes for clients;
• Strong skills in relationship management and problem-solving;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English;
• A creative mindset with an innovative approach to challenges;
• A data-driven sales approach with familiarity or experience using essential sales and mailing tools;
• Nice to have: Experience collaborating with international B2B clients; Prior experience in the technology industry; Background in Strategic Account Management.
