This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
• Serve as a reliable advisor by comprehending client requirements and aligning them with our offerings.
• Discover upsell and cross-sell potential to enhance revenue growth and augment account value.
• Oversee renewals and contract discussions, guaranteeing a smooth client experience.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively suggest solutions to enhance engagement.
• Keep informed about industry trends and competitor activities to offer strategic insights to clients.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and effectively managing multiple accounts.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing B2B sales, ideally across various segments (SMB through Mid-Market and Channel).
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships from start to finish while delivering quantifiable business outcomes.
• Strong commercial insight with a history of achieving or surpassing revenue, renewal, and expansion goals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A growth-oriented mindset; receptive to feedback, quick to adapt, and constantly seeking improvement.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies.
