• You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic Mid Business accounts.
• You will secure renewals.
• You will maximize Net Revenue Retention.
• You will develop wallet share.
• You will identify and open new entities, business units, or countries.
• You will create structured Account Plans.
• You will oversee complex renewal cycles.
• You will anticipate deadlines 6–12 months in advance.
• You will close deals with C-level stakeholders.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Account Management / Key Account / Account Executive in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with strategic or large accounts.
• Strong business acumen (NRR, expansion, growth).
• A developer mindset and proactive approach.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Fluent professional English is essential.
