This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Account Manager for Men's Health in Kansas City (Remote In Territory) will engage with healthcare providers and other key customers within a designated geographical area.
• The role involves communicating clinically-focused sales messages to generate and enhance revenue while consistently achieving product objectives.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and various field-based and home office personnel to proactively meet customer requirements, understand market dynamics and trends, and devise strategies that align with brand and corporate goals in the assigned area.
• Participate in and help lead initiatives that support sales success, such as attending industry-related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences.
• A Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
• Experience in servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and a proven track record as a strategic thinker.
• Advanced organizational skills and follow-up capabilities.
• Proficient in negotiation and sales techniques, with a demonstrated accountability for executing sales plans.
• A strong aptitude for acquiring technical and scientific product-related information.
• Highly motivated for success with a positive "can do" attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Capability to manage multiple projects both internally and externally.
• Competence in handling multiple interruptions and tight deadlines.
• Ability to implement effective business plans for the assigned territory.
• Skill in developing working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and collaborating effectively with employees at all levels.
• Capacity to take initiative in the absence of specific directions.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and adherence to industry ethical standards.
• Demonstrated assertive selling techniques, including the ability to ask for business during every call.
