Account Manager – Medication Management Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with key regional and national clients

• Creating and executing a personalized sales strategy that meets the unique needs of each customer

• Implementing strategies for market development

• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM database (salesforce.com) for all accounts, including activities, opportunities, risks, and customer contact information

• Participating in relevant industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings as necessary

• Preparing and processing tenders, as well as developing and following up on offers in close collaboration with the Sales Manager and Tender Team

• Managing product complaints, processing them in the appropriate systems, and communicating with customers

• Regularly gathering and analyzing market information (trends, competitor behavior, products, services, etc.)

• Coordinating product training for targeted groups alongside the Infusion Application Specialist

• Performing product demonstrations and validations for potential customers

• Providing technical credibility during discussions with customers regarding HIS integration, cybersecurity, and system architecture

• Translating customer IT requirements into clear tasks for the Local IT Integration Partner

• Assisting with technical feasibility assessments in collaboration with the IT Integration Partner


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong track record of success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales

• Proven experience in account expansion

• High willingness to travel (up to 80% or more) - valid driving license required

• Proficient in Polish and possess excellent communication skills in English

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• A technical or IT background is considered a significant advantage
