This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Meet and exceed your sales objectives within your designated territory.
• Create, oversee, implement, and assess strategic business plans, including monthly reporting and forecasting for each county in your area.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as IVF Lab Directors, Medical Directors, Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and Embryologists to market and sell Vitrolife’s offerings.
• Conduct customer visits and participate in third-party events to foster relationships and provide user education on Vitrolife’s products.
• Negotiate and formalize agreements with clinics to boost sales and forge partnerships.
• Collect and analyze business intelligence, including clinic dynamics, customer trends, competitor actions, and complaints, to guide strategic decisions.
• Regularly monitor and log customer activities in the CRM system.
• Work closely with Customer Service to ensure logistical excellence.
• Organize and lead follow-up workshops, training sessions, and events such as exhibitions and conferences to improve customer engagement and education.
• Address key client issues swiftly and devise strategic plans to enhance client outcomes.
• A university degree in Biology or a related field, or substantial work experience in the life sciences sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in a direct sales/account role.
• Over 2 years of relevant networking experience with IVF Laboratory directors, Medical Directors, Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and Embryologists.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week.
