• Customer Business Development (70%) - Achieve sales targets while prioritizing customer retention and enhancing overall customer satisfaction, including through digital channels.
• Identify potential customers, including opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients, and engage with the relevant stakeholders.
• Develop strategies and objectives for customer growth in the assigned territory (sales plan) in alignment with the Sales Manager.
• Regularly conduct customer visits and prepare for meetings utilizing all available tools and reports.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to efficiently create optimal solutions for customers and extract maximum value.
• Perform market research on potential new product opportunities by reaching out to customers to gauge interest and assess market demand.
• New Customer Generation (10%) - Identify opportunities for initiating sales projects in collaboration with other departments such as Product Management.
• Establish and optimize pricing strategies based on value-based pricing and customer segmentation following the guidelines set by Product Management.
• Promote commercial and functional excellence based on insights from the Commercial Excellence Function. Oversee spot business and urgent offers.
• Ideally possess Post-Secondary Education with a concentration in Business, Science, or a related field.
• Have experience in the chemical distribution industry, preferably in a sales role, with 3 to 5 years of previous sales experience.
