This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Serve as the main point of contact for various client accounts within a marketing agency environment.
• Develop and nurture robust client relationships to ensure high levels of retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, content, design) to implement campaigns effectively.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance evaluations.
• Convert client objectives into actionable marketing strategies and briefs.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze outcomes, and offer data-driven recommendations.
• Spot opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling services.
• Ensure timely project delivery, within scope, and in line with client expectations.
• 3–4+ years of account management experience in a marketing or digital agency (non-negotiable).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, paid social, email, content).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts in a dynamic agency setting.
• Experience working with international clients (UK/US markets preferred).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, ClickUp).
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
• Highly organized, proactive, and focused on solutions.
