This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify prospects for account growth and upselling additional services to enhance revenue generation.
• Engage in lead generation and new business initiatives to aid in acquiring new clients and opportunities.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of key client accounts (medium to large scale/complexity), ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue enhancement.
• Coordinate the execution of medium to complex research projects, guaranteeing timely delivery of results.
• Offer comprehensive guidance for the development of sampling strategies and monitor fieldwork performance.
• Maintain outstanding daily communication with clients, advising on potential challenges and corrective measures to ensure optimal service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project financials and performance metrics, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Provide support to clients from the EMEA region.
• 2-4 years of experience in account management and/or project management within the market research or online panel sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Background in Research/Statistics/Data Science is advantageous.
