Account Manager – Market Research, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for expanding accounts and upselling additional services, thereby driving incremental revenue growth.

• Engage in lead generation and activities aimed at acquiring new clients and opportunities.

• Oversee and develop a portfolio of key client accounts (medium to large size/complexity), ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue enhancement.

• Coordinate the execution of medium to complex research projects, ensuring results are delivered on time.

• Offer comprehensive guidance in developing sampling strategies and monitor the performance of fieldwork.

• Maintain excellent daily communication with clients, advising them on potential challenges and corrective actions to guarantee optimal service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project financials and performance metrics, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.

• Provide support to clients in the EMEA region.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in account management and/or project management within the market research, consulting, or online panel sectors.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Fluency in German is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• An entrepreneurial mindset – embracing the notion that each day is unique: we experiment, learn from failures, and ultimately succeed.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Background in Research, Statistics, or Data Science is advantageous.

• Availability to work during European office hours.
