Account Manager, Local Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for AdWorks within a portfolio of franchise owners, overseeing daily communications, resolving issues, and addressing ad hoc requests.

• Establish and nurture robust, trust-based relationships with a diverse array of franchisee personalities.

• Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), converting performance data into clear insights, trends, and actionable suggestions.

• Manage performance reporting for assigned locations, ensuring outputs are precise, timely, and driven by insights.

• Track performance to uncover risks and growth opportunities, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

• Collaborate with the AdOps agency to enhance campaigns and guarantee quality and precision across platforms (Google Ads, Meta).

• Ensure smooth execution across franchisees, internal stakeholders, and agency partners.

• Work cross-functionally to discover growth opportunities, enhance performance, and refine operational processes.

• Evaluate performance across various marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Direct Mail, Paid Social, and Display.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in account management, performance marketing, or digital marketing.

• Proven experience managing multiple accounts.

• Extensive experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.

• Strong ability to analyze data and convey insights effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and handle competing priorities.

• Preferred Experience

• Background in franchise or multi-location businesses.

• Experience collaborating with external agencies.

• Proven track record in leading client reviews or business presentations.
