This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• The Account Manager – Legal & Compliance Technology is tasked with acquiring new customer accounts, maintaining and nurturing existing ones, and enhancing revenue growth within the legal, compliance, government, and public safety sectors.
• This role involves managing the customer relationship from the initial engagement to long-term growth, serving as a trusted advisor in legal technology to commercial, enterprise, and governmental clients utilizing VIDIZMO solutions.
• Assess and validate VIDIZMO's product assertions against actual legal and regulatory scenarios for both prospective and current customers.
• Conduct simulations and walkthroughs of use cases, including handling FOIA requests, managing digital evidence chains of custody, ensuring court-admissible redaction, executing eDiscovery workflows, and tracking compliance audit trails.
• Actively identify, engage, and secure new customer accounts within the legal, compliance, government, and public safety fields.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of active customer accounts after the sale is completed.
• Recognize and capitalize on upselling opportunities relating to additional users, licenses, storage, features, and compliance modules.
• Develop territory and account strategies that align with customer legal responsibilities and market conditions.
• Represent the customer's perspective internally by sharing insights on legal requirements, compliance deficiencies, and competitive shifts.
• Strategically utilize AI tools to research legal frameworks, outline compliance needs, draft scenario documentation, and streamline sales processes.
• Exceptional English communication skills are essential — both written and verbal fluency at an executive level is required for engaging with US-based clients.
• Experience in working with the US market is necessary.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM/JD) is mandatory; additional qualifications in Business, Technology, or Computer Science are highly advantageous.
• 1–3 years of experience in legal practice, compliance advisory, or regulatory roles with a solid grasp of evidence handling, contract law, or regulatory systems is required.
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, business development, or account management is preferred, especially in legal-tech, compliance-tech, or govtech areas.
• A proven track record of selling and positioning SaaS-based IT solutions to legally and technically sophisticated clients is essential.
• Capability to evaluate, test, and explain how technology solutions can address real-world legal and compliance scenarios, including FOIA, chain of custody, evidentiary integrity, and CJIS compliance.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools — including required familiarity with platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot — with the ability to validate and take ownership of AI-generated outputs.
• A collaborative team player with experience in cross-functional teamwork and a sense of ownership.
