This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the designated region.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Propel new account sales by showcasing the advantages of the company's products and services.
• Foster and develop professional relationships both internally and externally that align with the company's core values.
• Generate new business from existing clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales objectives.
• Work alongside the line manager to discover and expand opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Address challenging client requests or escalations as necessary.
• Engage in industry events.
• Execute any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management periodically.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Competency in using computers, particularly with Google applications.
• Capacity to perform under pressure, tackle ongoing challenges, and adapt to changes.
• Maintain a proactive approach in business operations.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
