Account Manager – Key City

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee key partner restaurants located in the Düsseldorf region

• Act as the main point of contact for key partners, assisting them in reaching their objectives

• Evaluate partners' KPIs and specific challenges

• Develop customized optimization strategies and oversee their execution

• Promote additional products and services while engaging in up-selling and cross-selling

• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure swift and effective issue resolution

• Utilize Salesforce and Google Workspace to strategically grow the area

• Monitor and showcase personal achievements, while proactively improving collaboration

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in account management, sales, or a similar position

• Autonomous, organized work style, well-suited for remote work

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Solutions-focused approach

• Capability to adapt quickly to new challenges

• Proficiency with IT and experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce

• Familiarity with Google applications including Sheets, Drive, and Gmail

• Ideally, knowledge of or interest in the hospitality/restaurant sector

• Proficient in German

• English language skills are a plus

• Valid driver's license

• Willingness to work in the field within the Hamburg area
