
Account Manager – IT Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee daily interactions with Hiring Managers, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement teams.
• Foster strong personal connections and establish long-term trust with key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of hiring results for assigned accounts, including both contract and permanent positions.
• Facilitate job intake processes, submissions, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offers, and closures.
• Provide valuable market insights.
• Ensure clients consistently derive significant value from their partnership with the agency.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden Zone’s presence within accounts.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to prioritize roles and enhance execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience collaborating with clients in Australia or Europe is advantageous.
• Background in IT recruitment or staffing in an Account Management capacity.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and effectively drive follow-ups.
• A commercial mindset with a client-first approach.
