This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value SME clients across European markets
• Actively engage with clients through outreach, quarterly business reviews, and regular check-ins
• Recognize and implement upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Cultivate authentic relationships with key decision-makers
• Leverage data to guide outreach priorities and commercial discussions
• Monitor account health indicators and take proactive measures
• Ensure accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
• Enhance team learning by utilizing Modjo call intelligence
• Collaborate closely with onboarding, product, and support teams
• At least 2 years of experience in account management within fintech or B2B SaaS
• Previous experience in outbound sales or business development
• Demonstrated commercial acumen
• Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English and one additional European language (Italian, French, or German)
• Experienced with Salesforce, GSuite, and Slack; familiarity with Modjo or similar call tools is an advantage
