This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Meet sales objectives by reaching targets and proactively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Take ownership of revenue growth within your portfolio, focusing significantly on enhancing existing customer relationships.
• Ensure that customers are fully utilizing their current solutions, pinpointing gaps, and suggesting additional services where applicable.
• Support and facilitate contract renewals to ensure high retention rates and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Manage a designated portfolio of Nordic accounts by developing and implementing strategic account plans.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships across various stakeholder levels, including senior decision-makers.
• Provide precise sales forecasts through regular CRM updates and consistent communication with leadership.
• Oversee opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle — from discovery and solution development to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including solution consultants, subject matter experts, and customer success teams.
• Identify new contacts and enhance engagement within existing accounts to foster growth.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across Clarivate’s portfolio to effectively position solutions.
• Actively engage in team meetings, offering insights and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
• Travel within the Nordic region to meet customers, strengthen relationships, and promote business growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in B2B sales.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in consultative, solution-based selling.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive account growth.
• Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies (MEDDPICC).
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish preferred).
