Account Manager – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Champion Client Success.

• Forge Strategic Partnerships.

• Enhance Insurance Business.

• Oversee and develop key client relationships in Ohio, Florida, and Phoenix areas.

• Gain insights into the Insurance technology landscape.

• Collaborate closely with customers.

• Propel account growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

• Manage client interactions within Insurance programs.

• Coordinate with delivery teams effectively.

• Recognize new opportunities in digital transformation, Guidewire, cloud computing, integration, or enterprise modernization initiatives.

• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with Insurance clients and significant stakeholders.

• Act as the main point of contact for all client-related inquiries.

• Ensure prompt and successful service delivery in line with client expectations.

• Discover opportunities for account expansion, new business, and strategic development.

• Work closely with delivery, recruitment, sales, and leadership teams to guarantee seamless execution.

• Prepare regular account updates, status reports, and executive presentations.

• Address client concerns proactively and maintain high engagement levels.

• Assist with resource planning, account forecasting, and operational coordination.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Customer Relationship Management roles.

• Strong knowledge of the Insurance sector (P&C, Commercial, or Life Insurance preferred).

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at the same time.

• Experience engaging with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Exposure to Guidewire, Duck Creek, InsuranceNow, or Insurance digital transformation initiatives preferred.

• Background in IT services, consulting, staffing, or managed services environments.

• Understanding of cloud, integration, and enterprise modernization endeavors.

• Ability to support onsite-offshore coordination and client delivery management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Previous experience in the Insurance industry or Insurance technology is highly preferred.
