This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated institutional accounts on a daily basis.
• Oversee the onboarding and deployment process for new users, ensuring a seamless rollout and adoption among client teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Compliance teams to address client concerns and implement workflow enhancements.
• Keep track of and maintain organized workflows, timelines, and client documentation.
• Monitor platform usage, identify opportunities to increase engagement, and proactively escalate risks.
• Assist in client meetings, QBRs, and other reviews by preparing materials and providing actionable insights.
• Document processes and disseminate knowledge internally to boost team efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and delivering proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, account management, or operations within financial services, wealth management, or technology-driven sectors.
• Previous experience managing client relationships with institutional banks or large financial institutions; experience in estate planning is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-value or complex client accounts and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial services workflows, client engagement strategies, or enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong organizational abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, and capacity to handle multiple concurrent workstreams.
• High emotional intelligence, meticulous attention to detail, client-first attitude, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
