
Account Manager, Inside Sales – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of and implement tailored business plans for specific accounts, encompassing opportunity development, relationship mapping, and competitive positioning from initial discovery to deal closure.
• Manage and cultivate a robust sales pipeline, being accountable for bookings, conversion rates, and the speed of closing deals in alignment with quarterly and annual objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound sales initiatives across designated accounts and territories.
• Create proposals, produce accurate quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize product and solution specifications with customer stakeholders for your accounts, as well as others throughout the EMEA region, including support for tenders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internally to guarantee timely order processing, updates on deliveries, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Work in collaboration with field sales and technical specialists to position Cytiva in alignment with customer workflows and business objectives.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a relevant field is required.
• At least 1 year of commercial sales experience in the biotechnology, life sciences, or a closely related sector is preferred.
• A solid understanding of sales principles, including pipeline management, lead qualification, cross-selling, and value-based selling.
• A confident communicator capable of uncovering customer needs and conveying technical value in clear business language.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Located in Germany with the willingness and ability to travel regionally (approximately 40%, within Germany or other parts of Europe).
