Account Manager – Inside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide support to customers in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces through a consultative inside sales method.

• Establish robust customer relationships and pinpoint opportunities within the Elanco product range.

• Leverage customer insights, sales analytics, and virtual interactions to enhance market share and achieve sales objectives.

• Evaluate sales and customer information to formulate account strategies and implement sales cycle techniques.

• Boost product penetration and sales within designated accounts.

• Facilitate virtual meetings with customers, conduct product training sessions, seminars, and other value-added initiatives.

• Collaborate with management, district sales leaders, sales teams, and marketing on customer projects and marketing initiatives.

• Keep precise records of customer activities, account insights, and call reports in the CRM system.

• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of Elanco and its competitors' products.

• Report any suspected adverse events in accordance with pharmacovigilance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management.

• Fully bilingual in French and English.

• Background in the animal health sector, pharmaceuticals, food industries, or a related field.

• Strong business insight and a results-oriented mindset.

• Capability to work autonomously while juggling multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Retain strong technical knowledge of Elanco and competing products.

• Report any suspected adverse events in alignment with pharmacovigilance standards.
