• Oversee complete influencer campaigns from initiation to completion across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Communicate directly with influencers and their representatives to guarantee timely content submission, compliance with creative briefs, and adherence to FTC regulations.
• Daily track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and implement quick optimizations including A/B tests, creative adjustments, and scheduling changes.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated brand clients, translating their marketing goals into top-tier influencer strategies.
• Generate clear and concise status updates and present campaign insights during weekly or bi-weekly client meetings.
• Identify potential risks early and suggest corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with internal client teams, analytics, and product teams to ensure influencer content aligns with broader brand messaging and performance objectives.
• Gather and disseminate trend insights, content formats, and influencer best practices to continuously enhance creative effectiveness.
• Uphold FTC guidelines, platform policies, and client brand standards across all influencer deliverables.
• Review content drafts for correct disclosures, accurate tagging, and alignment with campaign KPIs.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in managing influencer or creator marketing campaigns, collaborating directly with both brands and talent.
• Successful history of executing multi-platform social campaigns that resulted in measurable engagement and ROI.
• Strong grasp of social media ecosystems, creator economies, and FTC regulations regarding sponsored content.
• Outstanding project management abilities: organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—proficient in drafting creative briefs, client presentations, and status updates.
• Analytical mindset with experience utilizing social analytics dashboards and Google Data Studio (or similar tools) for reporting purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Practical expertise in managing high-budget campaigns (mid-six to seven-figure ranges) and scaling influencer programs.
• Strong consultative capabilities—able to advise senior marketing professionals and convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
