• Serve as a strategic ally to existing clients by delivering consistent and insightful advice tailored to their specific needs.
• Forge and sustain robust relationships through proactive collaboration and a deep understanding of customer goals.
• Perform regular business reviews with customers and proactively address issues to boost satisfaction.
• Collect insights from diverse sources to grasp stakeholder priorities and obstacles.
• Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager ID, Health System Executive, Distribution Field Managers, and Regional Business Analyst to secure early renewals and counter competitive threats.
• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at value enhancement and profitability.
• Identify and execute operational enhancements to promote customer success.
• Utilize sales metrics and standardized tools to document the sales process and sway purchasing decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 4 years of demonstrated success in medical sales, preferably within the diagnostics sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of laboratory and point-of-care environments, health system operations, and health economics.
• Ability to travel within the designated territory (4 days/week, with approximately 35% overnight travel).
