
Account Manager – Infectious Disease Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Serve as a strategic partner to existing clients by delivering consistent and insightful advice tailored to their specific needs.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships through proactive collaboration and a clear understanding of client objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers and preemptively address issues to improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager ID, Health System Executive, Distribution Field Managers, and Regional Business Analyst to secure early renewals and counter competitive threats.
• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at value enhancement and profitability.
• Anticipate future requirements based on market, regulatory, or environmental developments.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the sales performance of third-party distributor sales forces within the designated territory.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to sales leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 4 years of demonstrated success in medical sales, preferably within the diagnostics sector.
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory and point-of-care environments, health system operations, and health economics.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (4 days a week, with approximately 35% overnight travel).
