This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• As a Sales Account Manager, you will take on the responsibility for the French-speaking part of Switzerland and further develop our sales network there.
• You will combine active business development with strategic account management, navigating comfortably within the industrial sector.
• In business development, you will analyze your target region, identify market potentials, and pinpoint relevant industrial companies.
• You will establish new customer relationships, persuade potential sellers of the advantages of digital utilization solutions, and guide sales projects from initial contact to contract signing.
• In account management, you will continuously advance existing customer relationships.
• You will manage recurring sellers, identify additional project potentials within your accounts, and ensure sustainable growth in your region.
• In this role, you will become a trusted advisor for industrial companies regarding the marketing of assets and industrial equipment.
• You will collaborate closely with internal specialist teams from project management, valuation, and auction management, who will provide operational support while you independently develop your region.
• Ability to recognize market opportunities and actively develop new business prospects.
• Comfortable in the industrial environment and possess an understanding of economic contexts.
• Professionally build and develop complex B2B relationships.
• Think analytically and assess projects from an economic perspective.
• Communicate persuasively and negotiate confidently.
• Enjoy networking and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Bring enthusiasm for digital business models and e-business solutions.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, social media, and MS Office.
• Speak fluent French and German, with the ability to communicate in English.
• Possess a high willingness to travel within the French-speaking region of Switzerland.
