This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement the business strategy for your designated region in alignment with senior management directives, focusing on OEMs, system integrators (SI), end users, industry sectors, and distribution sales channels.
• Organize and conduct technical and commercial visits to support the existing customer base and to seek out new clients.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with potential clients, including end users, OEMs, and system integrators.
• Assess distributor and representative effectiveness, suggesting actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize the CRM system to manage opportunities, craft technical and commercial proposals, and track the sales pipeline until closure.
• Lead negotiations by leveraging technical differentiators to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
• Foster strong relationships with strategic clients, engaging across various organizational levels.
• Assist in contract review and the establishment of commercial agreements.
• Keep a close watch on the market to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Participate in regular meetings with commercial leadership to present results and sales forecasts.
• Accompany representatives on technical visits and facilitate the development of the sales team.
• Take responsibility for meeting the commercial targets set for the region.
• Provide technical presentations and lectures to customers and related organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering, or a Technologist degree in Industrial Automation.
• Demonstrated experience in business development with End Users, OEMs, and System Integrators.
• Familiarity with the industrial automation market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems, sales techniques, effective time management, and intermediate taxation knowledge.
• Advanced English skills (reading, writing, and speaking) — desirable.
• Willingness to reside or work in the specified regions (Maringá, Londrina, Ribeirão Preto, Uberlândia, Goiânia, or Cuiabá).
