This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Become a vital part of our collaborative sales team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Account Manager III.
• Your role will involve enhancing revenue and establishing enduring relationships with clients while showcasing our extensive range of scientific products and services.

• This position requires you to devise and execute strategic sales plans, manage essential account relationships, and guarantee customer satisfaction through consultative selling.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver customized solutions that fulfill customer requirements while meeting sales objectives.
• By engaging in both customer visits and virtual interactions, you will act as a trusted advisor to support customers in reaching their scientific aspirations.
• A Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors.
• Preferred areas of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to comprehend customer applications and workflows.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to foster and sustain customer relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a matrix environment.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
