• Develop, implement, and drive revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio of clients.
• Create business prospects through CDR partnerships, professional networking, client account assessments, customer MQLs, and more.
• Enhance brand visibility, promote TSO campaigns, and facilitate lead generation efforts.
• Achieve and surpass all quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to final closure.
• Formulate and execute a territory business plan in collaboration with sales leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate account and pipeline opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and align with the company's retention strategies.
• Actively manage a portfolio of clients and take ownership of meeting or exceeding renewal, upsell, and retention objectives.
• A seasoned, customer-focused Account Manager or Account Executive with a proven history of driving revenue growth within an established customer base.
• A minimum of 5 years of software sales experience and a BA/BS degree is highly preferred.
• Strong preference for experience in Human Capital Management sales, including HRIS, compensation, talent management, and benefit technologies.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Familiarity with the territory/accounts assigned is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and effectively manage performance.
• Excellent professional presence and business insight.
• Experience selling at the executive level (C-suite, especially CHROs, and other HR personas) is a plus.
