This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in driving revenue growth while contributing to advancements in science.
• Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with customers, showcasing our diverse array of innovative products and services.
• Execute sales strategies and pinpoint new business prospects.
• Deliver exceptional support to enable customers to meet their objectives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to represent a leader in scientific solutions.
• A Bachelor's Degree coupled with 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the scientific/laboratory sector, or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Preferred fields of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong technical proficiency with a proven ability to grasp complex product applications and workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
• Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong capabilities in territory management and strategic account planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for formulating effective sales strategies.
• Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70% within the designated territory (West Midlands/Wales), with a preference for candidates based in the territory.
• Proficiency in English is required.
