This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and pursue new customer prospects and business opportunities to foster sustainable growth in sales and market share.
• Conduct commercial and technical visits to evaluate customer needs, cultivate relationships, and provide consultative assistance.
• Develop commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and manage opportunities until successful deal closure.
• Offer technical-commercial support to customers, OEMs, and partners, ensuring a clear understanding and application of the proposed solutions.
• Execute demonstrations, tests, validations, and technical presentations of products, equipment, and applications.
• Assist with installation, startup, and after-sales activities to guarantee customer satisfaction and success.
• Collaborate on projects with OEMs, integrators, and end users, guiding them from concept to execution.
• Advocate for the specification of the company’s solutions in new projects and applications, enhancing brand visibility and creating new business opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial training to customers and partners.
• Engage in trade shows, events, seminars, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to share expertise, develop solutions, and align commercial and technical strategies.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking projects, opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC).
• Up to 2 years of desirable experience in technical-commercial roles, technical support, industrial automation, process control, or related fields.
• Experience interacting with industrial customers, understanding their technical needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
• Fundamental knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, process control, and electromechanical equipment.
• Capability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and their application principles in industrial processes.
• Understanding of industrial processes and automation applications focused on manufacturing and production lines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Advanced English skills, enabling participation in meetings, training, and technical and commercial discussions with global teams.
• Basic Spanish skills for professional communication and understanding of simple documents and presentations.
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits, estimated at 60% of the time.
